ReturnCue for iPhone

Contact

Email support@returncue.app and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and ReturnCue version. Never send journal content, passwords, payment-card details, or Apple Account verification codes in a support request.

Common questions

Restore ReturnCue Plus

Open ReturnCue Settings, choose Unlock ReturnCue Plus, then select Restore. Use the same App Store account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel

Open ReturnCue Settings and choose Manage subscription. Apple manages cancellation, renewal, billing, and refunds.

Notifications

Check Settings → Notifications → ReturnCue on your iPhone. ReturnCue schedules reminders locally and does not send journal text.

Live Activity

Start an intention with a duration. If Live Activities are allowed, the current timer can appear on supported system surfaces.

Export and import

ReturnCue Plus users can open Settings and choose Export Markdown, then select the destination in Apple’s share sheet. Import Markdown reads a ReturnCue export back in when you move to another iPhone.

Delete local data

Open Settings, choose Delete all data, and confirm. This removes local journal entries and pending reminders.

Before contacting support

  1. Update to the latest public version of iOS supported by ReturnCue.
  2. Update ReturnCue through the App Store.
  3. Restart the app and reproduce the issue once.
  4. Record your iPhone model, iOS version, and ReturnCue version.

Privacy

ReturnCue works without an account and keeps journal content on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
